In a surprising move, Samsung has released March security patch for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 & Fold 6 in South Korea. Today is the day, both devices are waiting for the One UI 7 beta update, but for now, Samsung has updated both devices with security patches, well, at least not in Samsung’s home country. The firmware number F741NKSS2AYBD has been released for the Flip 6, and firmware number F956NKSS2AYBD for the Fold 6. It is a security patch and the changelog didn’t bring any new changes to both foldable phones.
Yesterday, in a press release, Samsung announced both devices will receive a beta version for One UI 7. The users waiting for the beta testing program may not be happy with this decision. The company is already far behind in the release of the stable software version, which is now scheduled to release in April. Still, till the end of the day, we need to see whether the beta program will open for Flip 6 & Fold 6 in other countries. As per the news, the beta program will be open in India, South Korea, the US & the UK.
