We all thought on April 7th all the major countries would receive a stable One UI 7 update for the premium devices like Galaxy S24 & Fold 6. We are all wrong as there are separate release dates for different countries including the US, Europe, and Asian countries. The official website mentioned that US users will get this software on April 10 for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6 & Flip 6 devices. For Europe, Samsung hasnβt mentioned a specific day but only wrote shortly after April 7.
European users like the US may get the new version on April 10, or April 14, where most of the Asian countries will join them. The company didnβt mention any date for India, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil, Turkey, and China, though it has a date for Malaysian users, which is April 14. The rest of the regions may soon get their official date in the coming days. Also, donβt forget the beta participants will first get their hands on the public One UI 7 software, later general users can download it.
As per the news, Galaxy S24, Tab 10, Fold 6 & Flip 6 are in the first batch to install a new version. In the next week or two, it will be dispatched to Galaxy S23, Fold 5, Galaxy Tab S9, Flip 5 & Galaxy S24 FE models. All the other mid-range devices and the older models will get the update in May or June. In the market, only a handful of handsets are running on the One UI 7 version including Galaxy S25 & Galaxy A56 phones.
