Samsung’s Galaxy S23 Ultra is one of the fastest Android smartphones, and the new Galaxy S24 Ultra is the same. That’s only in the Android competition. With the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the company has improved many things, but speed is not one of them. When we compare it with the iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 Pro series, then all Android smartphones lack CPU performance. As per the report, iPhone 15 Pro is 28% faster than any Android phone. That could be changed with the Galaxy S25 Ultra with the help of a new ARM Cortex CPU.
Android devices use ARM’s cortex CPU in Exynos, Qualcomm, and other processors. The previous CPU variant was incapable of delivering enough speed to beat the iPhone. Now, ARM is ready to announce a new Cortex-X5 CPU that produces 25% to 30% more for high-end tasks and heavy gaming. It is scheduled to be released in 2025 and possibly launch with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. What is your opinion on it? Will Samsung beat the iPhone 16 Pro with the new chip?
Samsung has introduced many new things this year with the Galaxy S24 series. It worked on its speed and camera performance. Users still think there is still work to be done when they compare it with the iPhone series. Samsung has plenty of time to work on its next-gen smartphones, so at the end of this year, we might see major changes. If we go with the previous schedule, then the Galaxy S25 series will probably launch in January next year.
