The new Galaxy S25 series has launched with all the top-notch features. In a global market, all the variants are selling like a hot cake and making new records over their predecessors. Still, there is a room for a fourth variant, and that is the Galaxy S25 Edge. In a recent Galaxy Unpacked event, we had a first glance at the device, and now thanks to the tipsters, we have more information. According to the new leak, the Edge model will bring a 200MP back camera and a 12MP front camera. Further, it would get all the new camera features of the S25 Ultra.
In design, Samsung will make it thinner than any of its Galaxy S series gadgets, making it slimmer in its range. In measurement, it probably would be 6.4 mm thick, if you donβt count the camera bump. Though it is thinner than other S25 models, it will not be the rumored iPhone 17 Air design. The only concern for the device is its 3,900mAh battery, which could give you less juice in daily usage. Samsung could introduce a 6.65-inch screen on the S25 Edge, which has a smaller battery compared to other S25 series.

The battery on the Edge will have 3900mAh, which is larger than the Galaxy S25. All the other functions will be included in the One UI 7 version. There is a chance, the Galaxy S25 Edge will run on One UI 7.1 software, and that would bring some exclusive features to it. It is scheduled to launch in the second half of this year, though we could see it in the next Galaxy Unpacked event.
With a price that is lower than Ultra models, but costlier than S25 Plus, and rich features, it will compete with its Galaxy S25 FE smartphone.
