In the middle of February, two major smartphones of Samsung received a February 2024 security patch. The older Galaxy Note 20 and one of the favorite fan edition devices Galaxy S20 FE have received a new patch. The Galaxy S20 FE has grabbed a new software version G781USQSEHXA1 in the US for carrier-locked variant. It also comes to Latin America with firmware number G780GXXS8EXA6 for all the variants.
The older flagship Galaxy Note 20 & Note 20 Ultra received an N98*USQS6HXA1 firmware update. It is also available to install in the US for carrier-locked models. Both devices get the new update to take care of the performance due to their long service. It has officially confirmed neither Galaxy Note 20 nor Galaxy S20 FE will get the One UI 6.1 update. They have already missed the Android 14 version in the last wave. The new patch might come to other regions in the next few days.
