Both Galaxy Watch 5 & Watch 6 smartwatches support offline maps & navigation services. You can access live routes & places without the internet data on your watch. For that, you have to download the map app from the Play Store. For Galaxy Watch, You can use Google Maps, Citymapper (not in all countries), what3words, and more services for offline maps.
Here WeGo or Apple Map is not available for Wear OS watches. From Google, its Google Maps is pre-installed on these watches. It supports live location, turn-by-turn navigation, voice command, and offline map. All these services are free to use.
