Hi there. So I downloaded the wear app for my new Samsung galaxy Ear bugs FE. I apparently do not understand my settings. Once I place the ear bugs in my ear I always verify with the wear app FIRST that the fit is correct. Now here is the problem, When I select active noice canceling to the far left, it is not working. I still hear my radio and TV and myself walking as if noise cancelation is not working. What do I need to adjust on my settings.
