Galaxy Z Flip 5 & Fold 5 are the new devices to get the January 2024 security patch based on the One UI 6.0 version. It is now rolling out in the US. The firmware number F946USQS1BWL7 assigned for Galaxy Z Fold 5 & F731USQS1BWL7 is seeded on Galaxy Z Flip 5 in the country. As per the changelog, the company has only secured the device by squashing defective codes and other known bugs.
January is a good month for the US users. Since the beginning of this month, major devices have received new 2024 patches. It has been released for Galaxy Z Fold 4, Flip 4, Galaxy S22 series, and Galaxy M32 smartphones. Still, it has to reach the Galaxy S23 series in a country, or anywhere else.
