The pairing app Galaxy Wearable is suddenly not working for many Galaxy Watch users. It does not allow users to connect the watch to the smartphone by giving a ‘device not compatibleβ error. The problem occurred since this morning, and Samsung has yet to respond to it. The users of Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5 & Watch 6 encountered the same problem in various countries.
When users try to enter the app or try to update the app, the error ‘The app is not compatible with your device. Contact the developers for more info.β appears on the screen. It could be a temporary issue, and Samsung may solve it soon when they notice it.
