The Galaxy Wearable app issue has now spread to most of the Galaxy Watch users. Since the first day of the new year, the app has not opened & crashed. The error mostly occurred on the smartphone running on the One UI 6.0 version. The devices running on the previous One UI 5.1 version are fine, and they donβt have issues with the app. Now, Samsung has finally admitted there is an issue and sent a new app version.
The new app version for Galaxy Wearable has been uploaded to the Play Store, and you can now update it. The company further said, there was a bug in the code which created their compatibility error. After the installation of the new app version, you can connect your Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5 & Watch 6 to the smartphone. The app update is widely available in all countries.
