Samsung has finally confirmed when we can expect the first-generation Galaxy Ring in the market. It stated the smart ring will launch in the next big Galaxy Unpacked event which will be held in the second half of this year. Not only this, the company has also revealed it will bring industry standard AI functions to its smart wearables including Galaxy Ring & Galaxy Watch 7. In an interview, CEO TM Roh unveiled the companyβs plan to upgrade their wearables with more AI functions.
The first glance AI functions have been tested on the Galaxy S24 series, but Samsung wants to bring it to the next level. The company will collaborate with industry-standard companies to work on more AI features. We all can see their mysterious functions in the next Galaxy Unpacked event. In the event, we can see Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, Buds 3 Pro, Galaxy Ring & Watch 7 series devices. All Galaxy devices are eligible to receive AI functions this year.
